What is HPP?
HPP stands for High Pressure Processing. It uses very high water pressure, instead of heat, to reduce harmful microorganisms.
It is how a C7 smoothie keeps its natural taste, freshness and nutritional quality for up to 14 days in the fridge, with no added preservatives.

Six minutes at 4,000 bar.
Drawn from the machine's own pressure chart. The rise and the release are not to scale.
Sealed first.
Each bottle is filled, capped and labelled, then laid in a carrier. Nothing touches the smoothie after this.
Water in, pressure up.
The vessel closes and fills with water. The pressure builds evenly, from every side.
Held for 6 minutes.
At 4,000 bar: nearly 4,000 times the pressure of the air around you, and more than three times the bottom of the deepest ocean.
Released.
The pressure is let go and the bottles come out the shape they went in. They stay chilled until they reach you.

What that means for your smoothie.
- No Heat Treatment
- Pressure does the work instead of heat. Natural taste and quality.
- No Added Preservatives
- Nothing unnecessary goes into the bottle.
- Enhanced Food Safety
- High-pressure protection that reduces harmful microorganisms.
- Up to 14 Days

Questions people ask.
What about the chicken?
The chicken breast is cooked before it is blended. Once the bottle is sealed, HPP treats everything inside it, chicken and fruit alike. It is then kept chilled until it reaches you. Keep it sealed in the fridge at 2–4°C, for up to 14 days.
Is HPP the same as pasteurising?
It does the same job: it reduces harmful microorganisms. Ordinary pasteurising does it with heat. HPP does it with pressure, so the smoothie is not heated. That is why we call it HPP processed.
Why doesn't the bottle get crushed?
Because the pressure arrives through water, from every direction at once, and the bottle is full. It is squeezed evenly and springs back when the pressure is let go.
Does it change the taste?
Nothing is heated and nothing is added, which helps the smoothie keep its natural taste, freshness and nutritional quality.
How long does it keep?
Up to 14 days sealed, kept in the fridge at 2–4°C.
